If you wish me to do the washing this would be at an extra cost. If you wish me to provide food this would also be at an extra cost. Bus stop into town is a 3 minute walk and the journey into the city centre is about 10 minutes, traffic dependant. Looking for lodger who requires a peaceful home. Video interview required and references before room is offered. One month rent up front plus one month deposit required
