The room is fully furnished 🛏️ and part of a shared student property with a kitchen 🍳, bathrooms 🚿 and communal areas. The house is in a convenient location within walking/cycling distance of campus 🚶‍♂️🚲 and local shops 🛒.

The room is currently occupied by me but will be available from late March, as I will be moving home at the end of my academic term. I am looking to help find a suitable replacement tenant so the landlord can arrange the tenancy directly.

Rent is £95 per week (£411.67 per month) excluding bills 💡🔥. Utilities are shared between tenants and depend on usage.

Short-term lets may be considered while a longer-term tenant is arranged ⏳.
