The house is a fantastic, recently refurbished 3-storey townhouse just off Mill Road; a 5 minute walk to the business park and Northern Gateway and 20 minute walk to hospital (with very good bus routes). It is a stones throw from the A12 junction at the football stadium / Northern Gateway.

The kitchen/diner area is a good size and has dining table and sofa

Parking – the house carport, which provides off street parking for two of the housemates vehicles. Parking is available on street free of charge
