Hello, we have a newly refurbished annex, which will be available from 08.04.26. It has its own front and back door, a lounge with TV on wall and WiFi. It is offered fully furnished. It has a 5ft bed with under storage, and a built in wardrobe. The en-suite has a waterfall shower and a large airing cupboard. There is a unit with , kettle, toaster, small airfryer in the lounge (you are very welcome to use kitchen though). You have your own fridge located in the garage easily accessed by your front door. There is a washing machine in our kitchen. We have a lovely south facing garden and have put a bench just outside annex. There is off road parking, but unfortunately we have parking restrictions between 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm Monday to Friday but no restrictions at weekend.
My hubby and i are very laid back and easy going and not often here at weekends. We are situated behind the castle park in Colchester, so central to town, rail, bus station. If you require any informaion please contact me. I will send photos if you are interested. Thank you.
