Hi there, I have a spacious single room available in my flat located in Highwoods, Colchester, with easy access to the town centre and train station.

I’m looking for a female student flatmate. This room/flat share is ideal for students and the property also benefits from free parking. The flat is close to local amenities, including Gateway Leisure Park, which offers several restaurants, bowling, and a cinema. Essex University is just a 10-minute drive away, or you can take the 51 bus, which runs directly to the university.

The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a desk. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other person. I’m very clean and am looking for a flatmate who is also clean, respectful, and considerate.

All bills are included in the rent, including:
