The owner (male) spends 50% of the time working and living abroad, returning to the UK around every 6-8 weeks, for 6-8 weeks at a time. There is one other tenant (female) who will be moving into the room this month.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen, a paved outdoor area with a garden and a lovely cat.

The rent is £450 per month + 1/3 of the gas/electricity (over winter is approximately £60).
