Female only! Cat friendly! Amazing double room in a beautiful, new decorated flat. You will be sharing just with me and I spend most weekends away. I prefer someone who doesn’t work from home, clean, tidy and respectful. Note: No parties or loud music. I am friendly but also like to give the other person space. The building is very safe and peaceful. All amenities down stairs: gym, car park, 4 supermarkets, food hall just across the street.
