Hi! My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to come live with us, as our other flatmate had to move abroad.
It is a very lovely flat in a newly constructed building in Colindale, just a 10 min walk from the tube station. We are looking for a female flatmate to join us from the beginning of March.

Rent: £1100 pcm
Minimum stay: until November 2026; it is a rolling contract so we can stay longer than that if we all want to.
Bills: not included, usually about £40-70 per person per month depending on usage.
You will need to have either a guarantor whose income is at least £41000, or a salary of at least £33850.
