We have a relaxed home with pets in NW9.

This room is available 12 August 2026.

You would be staying in our home with a Live in landlord we have a beautiful double room available 12th August 2026 (Monday to Friday /part time only)

We are flexible number of part time days, we cannot let full time, please tell us about your situation.

We are looking for one person to occupy this double room on a part time basis only.

Rent is monthly or weekly agreed depending on nights staying.

This room is not seven days it's part time only.

It's not a match unless you really love pets😍❤️🏡 they are all very friendly.

This is a quiet house not a party house we welcome people who want a relaxed quiet environment is that you?

The earest tube is Wembley park (Jubilee and Metropolitan line) either 25 min walk or bike ride or 83 bus ride. (302 bus route also 🚄🚅🚞🚎 or Northern line via bus 20 mins check your route on Google map. Close to Hendon Thameslink too.

(We supply bedding, crockery, cutlery , towels etc. if required free of charge.)

Please note the rent has all the bills included. thats gas, electricity, water rates, council tax rates, hi speed virgin WI -FI, BBC TV licence even toilet roll 🧻,soap and washing up liquid! 🌈)

*All communal spaces (lounge, diner, hall, stairs, landing bathroom, kitchen) are cleaned regularly.

There is a bright clean shared bathroom with shower and airing cupboard.🌊. There is also a downstairs wc

A fully equipped communal kitchen with microwave, very large american fridge freezer, microwave, hob, 2x ovens, cooker, kettle, toaster, wash machine ( washing space in and landing or a laundrette with tumble dryer near for fast drying),food mixers and all kitchen equipment ,juicer, rice cooker, food mixer blender, all cooking equipment provided pots, pans, crockery and cutlery etc. 🍵🍶☕🍴🍽🔪🥄🍸 Or space to store your own.

***(Please note COOKING in kitchen and lounge and rear garden is restricted : no access to rear garden lounge kitchen after 21.00 pm. night time is that ok for you? Yes there is access to front garden and access in out anytime, come and go whenever you need... we have had chefs and night shift workers here no problem......... (yes you can come in anytime it's just access to the downstairs communal areas that are restricted.)

In the kitchen. everyone has a private food and personal equipment ,utencils cupboard storate area. Everyone gets designated shelves in the big fridge and freezer. ❄

A sunny communal summer room with doors onto the rear garden.🌴🌲⚘🌵🌺🌾 (access limited to pre 21.00 os that ok with you?)

We suit pet lovers only as we have a very friendly cat and little dogs! (we do not accept people bringing dogs or cats as this would clash with ours.)

There is a mixture of local shops, hairdressers barbers, butcher, chemists, hardware shop, great compter repair /printer shop, greengroucer, cafe, dentist, GP, newsagents, nailbar, beautician, Polish shop, mailbox, Chinese , Pizza takeaway, Co op, 7 days a week day eve post office, Thai/ Chinese take away and delivery George pub , 2 x cash points, petrol garage, fruit and vegetable shop, take aways and laundrette for tumble drying if you require etc. Lidl at Blackbird Hill, Aldi (kingsbury) and ASDA Wembley park plus Sainsbury all accessible.

Parking is on street public road parking which is free its a quiet residential road parking but you will have to look for a space as people park in front of their own drives. 🚙🚘🚗🚕🚓🚜🛵

We do have a front garden where you can chain a bicycle outside in the front garden against an iron fence.🛵

A professional worker who is relaxed, independent and respectful of others privacy but occasionally enjoys a chat, a cup of tea, glass of wine or coffee together etc. We maintain a relaxed friendly household & welcome considerate tenants this is not a party house and strictly no smoking indoors. Do not apply if you want to smoke in your room sorry!

Live in Landlady a busy (60s) interested in animals, art, design, textiles ,gardening, travel, food, fashion.

We require a deposit this is not negotiable which is returned after giving one months notice and checking the room. Please confirm you have ID and happy to pay a deposit bond. We would like to know about you before speaking to you so we get a good mutual fit.
