The house is opposite a beautiful park, has a large garden. Shared parking on driveway, first come first served.

One double rooms available at £750 per month, including bills. Please note there is a Cleaning fee for regular cleaner who attends once a week. Can have room furnished, please contact me to discuss furnishing.

All bills (Tax, Gas, Water, Electricity and Internet) will be included, extra small fee for cleaner.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. There is one W/C, and a separate bathroom.
