Basically I am from out of the area and was intending to move into this property with my ex partner and her children. Unfortunately by the time the house completed, circumstances have changed and I have this big house of which is far too big for myself and it can be lonely at times. Property is gated and has multiple living rooms and plenty of space.
I work long shifts Monday to Friday, qnd the room I am looking to let out is a double room with a king-size bed and a TV, with an ensuite.

I have stated that a female (although not essential) is preferable simply due to the fact that I work in a male dominated industry and female conversation and personal touch to the house would be nice.

Room for £500 without en suite available instead of preferred.
