It's a nice residential area with easy access to the town centre and leisure centre. The house is fully furnished and all bills are included.

A little about us - I'm a teacher and split my time between home and the boarding school where I work, so I'm away during term time. The current lodger is a local chef in her 30s who's friendly and easy to get along with. We're looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate professional who's happy to have a chat and be sociable, but also enjoys their own space.

It's a calm, welcoming home and we'd love to find someone who'll feel at home here too.
