Hello, I am looking for a flatmate/lodger to move into my 2 bed apartment in Priors Hall, Weldon/Corby area. Ideally this person would be female and between the ages of 25 - 35 but I am open to the right person! This is also a safe space for LGBTQ+ people. You must also be dog friendly as I have a very little friend who lives here with me.

This is a quiet, clean space. I work in London so I am not always in, it would be nice to have someone around the flat whilst I am not there.

We will sharing the main bathroom (not pictured as being painted) and living room (pictured.)

The double room available is spacious and light. Looking for someone to move in for at least 6 months, if not longer. But I would be open to shorter stays.

There is a parking space available for us to share, and other visitor spaces. Some bills are included in this price.

We are council tax band B.
