This flat is amazingly located 15 min from Old Street, Hoxton and Haggerston. You can walk to the city or Dalston in about 30 minutes. (And the park is literally on your doorstep!)

The rooms are all quite sound isolated from each other - you don’t share a wall with anyone which is great for making your room your sanctuary.

The room shares one bathroom with another flatmate. The room comes furnished.

Existing flatmates are a very sweet engineer and PR manager who love to hang out and laugh. Both very courteous and mindful. They like a movie night in or going to an occasional gig/ restaurant together.

The lounge is really huge for the area and the flat also has a large private outdoor space.

The best part is Shoreditch park and Britannia Leisure Centre at the foot of the flat.
