We have a large double room available in a 3-bedroom maisonette, as our housemate is moving in with her partner.

The flat is split over 2 floors and has its own private entrance. There is an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor which is where the available room is, meaning you'd only share the bathroom with one person (Siena). We have a huge back garden, perfect for BBQs and a shed to store bikes. We also have a large living room and dining area (and obviously a kitchen).

The bedroom comes with a double bed & mattress, built in storage cupboard with hanging rails, chest of drawers with hanging space (the blue ones in the photo), white storage chest, and three floating shelves. All other furniture will be going.

We would like to live with a woman between 27 and 37 who is friendly, clean, and respectful. We are looking for someone who wants to make this their home rather than just a place to sleep. We get on well as a household and enjoy chatting in the evenings and having the occasional drink or dinner, but we have full lives and our own circle of friends and are often out and about or away traveling.

We are located in leafy Canonbury.
Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) is about an 8 minute walk.
Canonbury overground about 6 minutes.
Dalston Junction 15 minute walk
Angel 20 minute walk
Highbury fields and Clissold park are only a stone’s throw away
