Spacious double room with a view of central London available from the 20th of January 2026 for ONE person only for 3 months minimum (for long term).

It is ideal for a professional, preferably not home based . But anyone is welcome as long as they are respectful clean and quiet. It really depends on the person.

Short term, could be a student, tourist or a professional.

The room is fully(newly) furnished with a king-size bed, brand new mattress, brand new wardrobe and chest of drawers .Wooden floor, digital TV, and plenty of storage. It is possible to put a table with one chair in the bedroom. Ultrafast WIFI.

Use of kitchen (table and chairs, washing machine, microwave, kettle, new digital TV, etc...)and bathroom (power shower, bath) to share with one Italian female. The kitchen is completely equipped.

Please notice that there is no living room, but it is possible to have a meal in the kitchen and watch TV.

You will be sharing the flat with only ONE other person.
Most of the time the kitchen will be all yours, especially in the evenings, as I won't use it. This is a place that you will be able to call home.

The flat is 5 mins walk from Tottenham court road tube station and 10 mins walk from Oxford Circus station.

There are a lot of bars, cinemas, restaurants, and bookshops just a few mins walk from the flat. There's a gym just 5 mins away. At walking distance from Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford street. Only 3 stops (By underground) from the City of London.

Even though the flat is in the centre of London it is very quiet because is situated in a back street, near Charlotte Street and Rathbone Place. Again, the rent is £ 1300 per month inclusive of bills ( TV license, gas, heating, internet with a wireless connection, water rates, council tax and electricity.). The cleaning is not included, it is approximately £36 /40per month.

I have a little cat in the flat, so the room would suit someone that loves animals. Please note the room is for ONE person ONLY.
