Looking for a sunny spot above the city? This spacious single and double room are on the 12th floor of a 1970s residential tower on Goswell Road, EC1, directly opposite City St George’s, University of London.

Large west-facing windows bring in afternoon sunshine and offer beautiful panoramic views - a lovely place to study, unwind and watch London light up in the evening. 🌅

Both rooms have a double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress:

• Single room: a double wall bed that folds away to give you more space during the day.
• Double room: a double pull-out bed that also give you more space during the day.

Both rooms also include:

• A desk and office chair for studying or working. 📚
• A large mirrored wardrobe and storage cabinet.
• Blackout and Venetian blinds.
• A fan.

🎨 A little about me

I’m a gay Brazilian visual artist working from home and preparing to begin full-time studies at the Royal College of Art in January 2027.

You’ll also meet Olly, my whippet, and my two cats, Bobbi and Tobbi. They’re friendly, clean and calm, so animal lovers will feel in good company. 🐾

🏡 How we share the home

My living room is my private living space and art studio, so the shared areas are the kitchen and bathroom.

I ask lodgers not to host visitors in the flat, so the room would suit someone happy to meet friends and family elsewhere.

I particularly welcome students and would love to find someone considerate who enjoys a peaceful home and helps keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. 🌿
