I am renting out my double bedroom in Allesley. I am a live in landlord, and the house is a new build (2 years old) on a nice quiet estate.
The room is available Monday-Friday. I have a spare wardrobe, drawers, TV, clothes rail (pictured) which you can use if you want. You can use the shared areas such as lounge, kitchen, WC, bathroom, garden. You would need to park on the private street as opposed to the drive because I leave early mornings etc and charge my car.
I’m a laid back professional, looking for the same type of person to rent this room.
