We are a professional working couple with 3
Kids, renting out the en-suite room at the top of the house. (Loft conversion) . The house is 10 min drive or 15 min by bus to both Coventry and Warwick universities

The room is available to females - large double en-suite room . This is a loft room hence you will have the maximum privacy .

Room has king size bed with mattress, a wardrobe and a desk with computer chair.

You will be welcomed to use the kitchen and the facilities available within. We have 2 fridge freezers hence have enough safe to accommodate without forcing things in

We also have a lovely garden which you are welcome to use.

Enough Parking is available on street and on the side street.

Would prefer a clean and tidy person. The rent can be negotiated if we find the right person to rent it out :)

This is not a party house however if you would like friends or family or a stay over by them, it is perfectly acceptable as long as it’s agreed by us :)

Bills include everything (utilities, broadband and council tax).
The deposit will be held till the day after you have moved out

For references; if you are a student then a student status letter would do and if professional then a letter from work Place/HR would be enough

Our request would be to not have any pork food and cooking in the house .
