A 'Live In' Husband & Wife (Steve and Jana) offering DOUBLE room available now at £130 per week, the SINGLE when available is £115 per week. Deposit is two weeks rent (most places charge a full months deposit). Drive-way parking.

** MOST IMPORTANT! This is NOT a HMO (Home of multi occupancy). HMO mostly, have no standards / or inconsistent standards.

WE ARE LIVE IN HOME-OWNERS and you are guaranteed a high standard that means a very clean, tidy, hygienic, fresh smelling home, with no dishes left lying around, no food left lying around, no smelly kitchen after use, no dirty floor, no dirty toilets, no over filled bins, No drugs nor smokers. No parties / loud noise. Also your POSSESSIONS and PERSONAL SAFETY ARE NOT AT RISK. We have excellent security externally and internally. All we ask is that the homeguest keeps it that way.

All cleaning equipment and materials are provided free of charge. Polish, dishwasher tablets, cloths, dishcloth, polish, soap, window cleaner, 2 vacuum cleaners, floor cleaners, tea towells. All of these would add to your weekly expenditure. No need to worry about someone using your cleaning items as we provide it all apart from personal toiletries and washing/conditioner.

Bed linen, quilt, towels etc. all provided, sheets are changed every two week. Cutlery, dishware and appliances are supplied; we have every cooking appliance you can think of and more.

We do not usually rent both rooms out at the same time. But sometimes we do for a short period. We can do short lets, so if you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, you can stay here until you do. We can cook meals (for a small charge) if you wish. You can share meals or do your own thing, whatever suits you.

Two bathrooms. Large lounge, decent sized kitchen diner, LOVELY garden with BBQ and patio heaters.

Parking, bus stops 5 minutes walk, shops, pubs, takeaways, churches, 10 minutes walk. George Eliot Hospital 30 minutes walk. Coventry, Leicester, Coleshill, Hinckley 20-30 minutes drive.

ABOUT US, we both have a sense of humour, enjoy travelling, history, sport, cooking, gardening and more. Our house guest must have decent English for easy communication.

Any gender is welcome. Whilst respecting privacy we are equally open to sharing social time and helping out with lifts if you haven't got a car.

We appreciate a reply to our messages, not just out of respect but also it is the only way we can be sure you received it.

Home is Council Band C. We have no cats.

If you are the type of person that does not clean up after cooking and the type of person that leaves your shoes on in a home or if you do not keep the place tidy or have poor hygiene, this is not the place for you. We have lots of references, but sadly in the past we have had people who left there sheets unchanged for several weeks and the sweaty stale bedroom smelled as a result. We had someone and she never changed underwear daily. They have got used to there smell just like a smoker does, we do not wish to. If you have had a good upbringing you will know what we mean! We have decent standards and if you share them you will be very happy and have a very nice experience like so many have.
