We have a room available in a spacious fully furnished 4-bedroom flat in central Leamington, available right away.

About the flat: The room available is in second floor where there is also a large shared living room and a separate dining area. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It's centrally located with the train station, bus stops, and Morrisons/small Tesco just a short walk away. Bills are not included but water, gas and electricity, internet, and council tax (Band D) all add up to about £100-£150 per person.

About the flatmates: The flatmates are all in their mid-20s and recent masters graduates and working professionals. We like to hang out while we cook and have dinner but we are all also very respectful of our privacy and boundaries.

About you: Looking for someone tidy and respectful who can move in right away. We would ideally prefer someone of a similar age who can stay through the lease which ends in July 2026.
