Hi, We're looking for friendly, sociable people to join our house share on the border between Leamington Spa and Warwick. Just over 1 mile from Leamington Parade. The house is tidy and cosy with modern furnishings and has 2 large double rooms available. The house is within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants all nearby. There is off street parking and the property is on bus routes to both Leamington and Warwick town centres. (it is around 1 mile to both town centres).
