It is also a very short walking distance to Warwick hospital. The M40 and A46 are both within a mile and half a mile respectively, with Warwick University less than a 15 miute drive away. The house has a well equipped kitchen/diner. There is a spacious living room, bathroom, separate downstairs loo, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, and garden which isn't overlooked. The rent includes all bills. Shared areas cleaned by myself.
