Female lodger only please, to share the house with the existing female lodger and me. Newly built 3 bedroom semi detached house, off europa way, leamington Spa/warwick. 1.4 mile from the leamington train station, 0.8 mile from the shires retail park and 1.5 miles from warwick tec park. Very nice, clean house. As a landlord I am very quiet, friendly person and busy working most of the time as a taxi driver/patient transport for ambulance. I am kind and polite a turkish/british man (57). I personally don't cook and this is why i don't use downstairs most of the time. 2. Lodger is a clean and quiet young female (32) professional and planning to stay as long as possible as she is very happy with the property. Please let me know if you are interested.
Ps. Bathroom will be shared by two females only but there is also a separate toilet downstairs.
