Hello future housemate!

I'm renting a spare room in my house and the room comes with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Upstairs there is a toilet and separate bathroom with bath and shower. Then also my office and bedroom.

Downstairs there is a large living room, kitchen and conservatory with patio space outside.

I work from home in web development, and like to cook and read in the evenings. I also enjoy walking and cycling. I'm easy going and keep the house tidy. I don't party or stay up late so looking for someone calm and respectful who equally wants a clean and quiet home environment. The house is non-smoking as I don't smoke. I'm looking for someone calm and organised who doesnt mind helping with their share of cleaning and managing the house with me so that the place stays calm and tidy :)

All bills are included in the rent, and the room is available from 1st March 2026. This could be a long-term rental for the right person with a minimum duration of 6 months.
