We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our 3-bed home in Radford Semele. The room has just been refurbished, furnished with a double bed and brand new mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. You’ll also have your own bathroom right next to the room. It’s technically shared with our guest room, but in reality you’ll have it to yourself almost all the time, we only host guests very occasionally.

You’ll be living with me, my partner, and our lovely dog. He’s very sweet and cuddly but anxious around men, so we’re looking for a female housemate who ideally enjoys dogs.

I work from home, I have a separate office and my partner runs his own business and has a home office too, so someone who’s comfortable with people being around during the day is a good fit.

The house is in Radford Semele, right next to Leamington Spa, with excellent access to the Fosse Way and only a 10-minute drive into the town centre. Plenty of country side walks and canal walks, both close to the house. It’s a quiet, safe estate with plenty of on-street parking directly outside the house.
