I’m looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share a well-kept 2-bed flat in Warwick.

The flat is clean, comfortable and in a great location in central Warwick, with a parking space in the gated car park. The room is a good-sized double and the rest of the flat is fully furnished.

A bit about me – I’m easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared space. I work full-time and enjoy a relaxed home environment rather than a party house.

It’s important to me that the home is a safe, inclusive and respectful space. The household is LGBTQ+ friendly & trans-inclusive and I’m looking for someone who is open-minded and considerate of others.

Ideally you would be:
- Clean and tidy
- Easy to get along with
- Respectful of shared spaces and boundaries
- Looking for a calm, friendly home

Rent is £554 per month, excluding bills & council tax (we're Warwick Band E).
