51 week tenancy let at The Oaks (Student Roost private accommodation) located around a 15 min walk from the University of Warwick and Canon Park. Bus stops for buses to both Coventry and Leamington Spa located directly outside.
I am in need of someone to takeover my studio tenancy for the upcoming academic year. As the tenancy which requires taking over is under a re-booking system, this studio takeover a good deal as the accommodation has already increased their prices and you would be getting the rent for cheaper/last year's prices.
Amazing facility, staff on-site and welcoming at reception 24/7. Maintenance always available (though I have never required maintenance as haven't had any issues needing fixing!). Very clean and an overall great space to come back to after a long day. Nice and quiet but also busy and very easy to make friends there!
Modern gym and yoga room on-site which can be used 24/7 and is included in rent/can be used of free.
Multiple study spaces, TV/cinema rooms, bookable kitchens for group cooking sessions, roof-top terrace
Parking if required
Very fast wifi
Accessible (lifts)
They also run numerous social events per month/ one every week such as parties, cooking, yoga.
Rent can be paid monthly, termly, or annually- all bills included.
