I have a really nice 2 bed flat in the Trinity Mead area of Stratford. My current house mate is moving out and so i’m looking for a replacement tenant.

I’m ideally looking for someone around my own age who appreciates their own space but is still willing to socialise and become friends (it makes the living situation much nicer)

It’s a very spacious and open flat with an integrated kitchen / living room set up, along with a modern bathroom, storage cupboard and a sizeable bed room that can fit a double bed, desk, drawers with space to spare. It has a balcony and is located above a Co Op, so “convenient” to say the least. It also includes first come first serve free parking

It’s located in a really nice part of Stratford and is right next to open nature walks, the Co Op is literally downstairs (0 noise interference) besides that, the Rose Bird retail park is a 10 min walk away and the town centre is a 25 min walk.

Overall I absolutely love my home and I am looking for someone who will love it too! Looking after yourself and your own space is a non negotiable. I very much value my independence and my own space so if you feel the same way, this place is perfect for you :)

PS. The room will come furnished with a bed and a set of drawers, everything else will be taken with my house mate :)
