Hello. I am looking for a single person to rent a room in my specious house. It is after complete renovation. House is located in very calm, clean and nice area of Rugby. Room is equipped with electronic lock for security and privacy purposes. Room is big , there are 2 wardrobes, drawer, double bed and bedside table. I work night shift so I tend to keep it quiet and calm and I would appreciate a person who share same values. All the bills are included also broadband, Netflix and cleaning. There is a place for 1 car at a driveway. 15 min walk to the city center. Tesco extra close by.
