am oferring these 2 delightful rooms in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom shared house in a great location ( 9 min from Coventry University Hospital, local shops: costcutter, Coop, Asda, Aldi).I am a live-in landlord which will mean we will share kitchen, bathroom and the hallway.  It will also mean that we will maintain the communal areas clean, together and we'll try to maintain a minimum level of noise between 10 PM- 8 AM so that everyone gets the rest needed for the next day. We do have rules that need to be followed by everyone at all times, so we can have a high quality of life and feel ourselves "like home".I am not living at the property 7/7 days due to the fact that i am travelling a lot. Therefore there will be times when you will have all the house for yourself and  other person (from the other room). Property is offered furnished.
