The house is located in a semi-rural, quiet and very safe area with no through traffic and just 1 mile from the M40 junction 15, very convenient for JLR and AM.
The recently converted and fully furnished flat is part of the main house with shared front door & stairs and the accommodation is separate from that of the landlord.
The flat consists of combined lounge & kitchen with a separate entrance hall and en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a shower stall, sink, toilet and large radiator. These facilities are for the sole use of the tenant.
The recently installed kitchen has a cooker with induction hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and chest freezer. There is also plenty of cupboard space.
The rent includes all bills for gas, electricity, water etc and fibre broadband. No tv is included though the tenant can bring their own.
The flat is available on a Mon - Fri basis only, though the landlord doesn't mind the tenant returning Sunday evening.
The new tenant will have their own driveway parking space. Though this will be at the sole responsibility of the tenant.
The living room overlooks the rear garden and allotments so it is a very quiet and peaceful location.
The accommodation is for single person only and ‘working from home’ is not available.
There is also a dog on site who is totally harmless but can sometimes be rather noisy.
