Hi there, I am looking for a housemate to share this clean and spacious property located in Gresham avenue just 10 minutes walk from the centre, and 20 minutes to the train station.
The property itself has been recently refurbished to a good standard, with two private parking spaces at the back garden and free on road parking at the front of the house. There is a Bathroom in the 1st floor and a spare toilet downstairs. This particular room is on the 1st floor and comes furnished with loads of natural light.

I am easy going, very tidy and want to share with similar.
