I am moving to another country so I am looking for someone to take over the contract for my room in this house share with 3 others. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers including 1 bath. Kitchen is kept clean most of the time same goes for the living room. The people living here 1 woman and 2 men are all students at the University of Warwick and are lovely to share a house with. They socialise a lot, are very funny and enjoy drinking but also know when to put their heads down to focus on uni coursework.
