There is a regular bus service from a stop just around the corner that connects into both towns as well as the railway station and the supermarket, be there in around 10 minutes with ease.

There is plenty of parking and the M40, M42 and M6 motorways are all within easy reach. 5 minutes from National Grid, 15 minutes from JLR, 15 minutes from Warwick Hospital.

Leamington Spa has a railway station that connects to Coventry and Birmingham and just 1. 5 hours from London. Birmingham airport is 35 minutes by train and about the same by car.
