I've recently bought this duplex Flat, but due to work reasons an renting in Scotland for the next 2 years and will almost never be at the property, and pre-warn if I am coming back for anything.
I've taken the cupboard 'room', but will likely never be around. Currently Room 1 is rented out to a (very laid back) Australian professional who is staying in the UK until August, so Bedroom 2 is available for rent.
I'm hoping to find someone who will treat the property as their own. Keen to meet with any potential tenants for a coffee/ meet the existing tennant and see the flat. I'll be around for tours over Tue 28th Apr - Fri 1st May but I might be able to make other times work, let me know via msg.
Parking is communal for the building - usually available but not always/ dedicated to this Flat.
Bills have been typically between £90 and £140 per month, which each tennant splits evenly. There is no gas to this property, only electric.
