Hi, I have one double room available to rent. This room has been newly renovated. The room consists of double bed, side table, drawers, desk and chair also tv on wall with remote.
This room has had a new carpet and furniture.
There is no shared living room. Shared areas are, kitchen and large bathroom, includes, bath, shower and basin.
I am looking to share with a female preferred. I have two very friendly small dogs (bichon and a poochon), that are limited to downstairs only they are hypoallergenic which means most pople do not get allergies. I work full mostly from home. This is a calm and quiet household.
