I’m renting out my 3 bed house in Coventry after moving away for work. I have one tenant in already who will be staying and am looking for one more.
The total rent per calendar month is £1500 for the whole property. Split between two people evenly it would be £750 each. If you wanted to negotiate a different split based on rooms that would have to be negotiated with the current tenant.
The house has three double bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. These are currently set up with beds in each but I am happy to remove the bed from the smaller bedroom so you can use it as an office.
Downstairs there are two reception rooms, a toilet, kitchen and conservatory. There is a spacious garden outside with clothes line for drying clothes. There is also off street parking up the back and storage space in a garage. White goods of a fridge freezer and washing machine included. Council tax band D.
The house will be available from mid to the end of July. I will be moving out on July 25th to make my move. We can negotiate an early moving date if required but you’ll just have to be aware that I won’t have moved out yet.
