Hi,
I have a single bedroom in a house. It has a single bed, two chests of drawers and cloth rail. It is for short stay rent on a daily basis (£35 per night) or a monthly rent it would be £500 per calendar month with a deposit of £100. The house is in the heart of Earlsdon, so very close to the city centre 7 to 10 minutes Walk to the centre from whatever direction and seven minutes Walk to the train station and five minutes Walk to Earlsdon High Street. There are a lot of Cafes and restaurants in the area, so it’s a very nice area to live in within Coventry in general. The bus stop is five minutes walk away to Warwick University which is 15 to 20 minutes far by bus and there are other bus routes in different directions and it is very central to wherever you want to go. I’m a professional and I work from home sometimes. I’m only renting one room in the house. We can share the living room and the dining room and the kitchen and the bathroom. There are two bathrooms in the house so early morning, queuing for the bathroom rushing out to work wouldn’t be an issue 🙂. I have a cat who is lovely in case you are an animal lover.
