The flat is clean, quiet and comfortable. The current flatmates are three friendly and tidy female students. The kitchen is spacious and not crowded, which makes it much more comfortable than many other shared flats.

City Village is one of the most popular student accommodations in Coventry, with convenient access to Coventry University, the city centre, local shops and transport links. It is also not far from Coventry train station.

This will be an official tenancy takeover through City Village, not an unofficial sublet. The accommodation team has confirmed that I can find a replacement tenant.
