A single bed room is available in a beautiful 3 bed detached house with driveway car park and garden. It has spacious kitchen and dining space.

The property is located in a new built development and five minutes drive to city center, railway station and Coventry University.

The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk and there are frequent bus services to city center and railway station.

I am an easy going person. I would prefer to have a lodger who would treat the house as theirs and keep it clean and tidy. I am a professional working in an University.

The double bedroom is rented to a professional female who is very friendly.
