Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Student Unite Queen’s Park House.
The move-in date is flexible, available from 01/04/2026. The contract runs until May 2nd, 2026, with the option to extend afterward.

The building offers 24/7 front desk service, as well as washing machines and dryers, which can be booked via app or directly on-site. The common room regularly hosts international student events, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

The room is on the second floor and is an en-suite, featuring a private bathroom with shower. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, water boiler, toaster and a fridge.

The room shown in the picture is an example token from the Queen's Park House website. It is not decorated but furnished. Own bedding required.

10 mins to Coventry Station, to big shopping center, and 15 to town center all by walking. Very close to Coventry University. Bus ride to Warwick University from the Coventry Station.
