We have a spacious double room up for rent for a female tenant only.

Large room with its own radiator and a walk out South-facing balcony for plants and fresh air. The room was recently painted.

We would like a female lodger only (sorry guys!). There are two other lovely ladies in the flat. There is no shared living room. There is a clean, modern and functional bathroom with shower and bathtub. Hot water and heating come from the building and are always available. Landlord is responsive and helpful with getting repairs done.

The building has a secure-door entry, with a bus stop right outside on Mile End Road, accessible through a private pedestrian gate for which you will have a key. The flat itself is modern, and slickly decorated. Flatmates are expected to cooperate and share the chores to keep the flat clean and tidy, so please only apply if you are willing to share this responsibility.

Whole flat repainted in April 2023 but this room has just been repainted in 2025.

All bills including council tax and broadband included.

No live-in landlord - sharing with two other lovely girls.
