I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my room starting August 1st (the lease goes until April 2025). It is a large double room in a three bedroom flat located right on Regents Canal. It is a great location - a 5 min walk to Broadway Market/London fields and a 7 min walk to Haggerston station. There are also lots of bus routes nearby and shoreditch is only a 20 min walk away.

You would be sharing the flat with two male professionals.
The room comes fully furnished. The flat has one bathroom, however the toiler and shower/bath is separated so never really have issues. Bills are not included but average around £119 per month.
