Hiya,
This morning a room became available in our home due to our friend needed to move back to Australia urgently.

Our home is based in SE1 2DJ, our specific location is really quite nice as we're close to lots of great social spaces, transport links and landmarks.

The flat is currently occupied by one student and two professionals (Musicians), all 3 of us are connected in our love (and tolerance ;0) ) of music.

No bills are included, although they rarely get above £50 a month due to our PayPoint style meter. If you are also a professional then council tax will also occur at about £40 a month.

The kitchen and communal areas are well equipped, each room can be locked for privacy, and generally the vibe here is a wee touch base every now and again but we're not much in each others hair.
