1 double room available in 4 bed, 4 storeys house right by the canal near broadway market! The house has a big living room with a separate kitchen, bathroom and 2 separate toilets. There is a communal back “garden” area which is shared w/ the two flats next door and they're super nice!

We've secured the offer and need someone to put their name on the tenancy and pay the security deposit (£2300). A scary ask I'm well aware and even so because I won't be able to show you the rooms in person. That's London rental market for you haha.
But it's through a trusted agent and not private landlord or openrent or anything like that. if you change your mind and don't want to rent then the name on the tenancy can be easily changed albeit you find someone to take the room! (It is super nice)
It's a 2 year contract with 2 months notice if you decide to leave!

You’d be moving in with myself and my friend Meg and we’ve been friends since high school! I’m currently working as a chef and Meg is freelancing creative :))
The rent would be £1100 without bills and move in date is May 13th!
