I’m sadly moving out of this beautiful flat after a year, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room from mid-September and make it their new home!

The flat is in Zone 1 (E16LT), a very well-connected area of Central London. You are just 5 minutes from Liverpool Street Station, with access to the Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Central and Elizabeth lines, as well as the Stansted Express and many more.
Aldgate East Station is also just 3 minutes away, with Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines. Both stations offer easy access across London.

The Flat

The flat is on the third floor with stunning views of the city skyline and skyscrapers. There is a lift in the building.
The space includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, large fridge and plenty of storage.

Your Room

The room is a super bright and spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You have your own bathroom, so there is no need to share.

Who Lives Here

You’ll be sharing with one other tenant, a 25-year-old French guy working in finance. He is rarely at home and has his own separate bathroom. The flat is quiet and relaxed.

Available from mid-September.

Cost

£1,350 per month plus bills, council tax and fast Wi-Fi (approximately £150 per month).
A one-month deposit of £1,350 is required when moving in.
