We’re a friendly professional couple (Brazilian & Italian) looking for a female flatmate for a double room in our clean, calm flat in Whitechapel (E1) (it suits the household dynamic).

We both work afternoons/evenings, so the flat is usually quiet during the day. Move-in date and length are flexible, and we’re happy with short stays (ideal for students or professionals on temporary placements).

The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe and desk).

Location (walk):
• 5 mins to Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth Line, Overground, District, H&C)
• 5 mins to Royal London Hospital
• 5 mins to a large Sainsbury’s

Rent options:
• £900 pcm + bills (split between 3), or
• £1.000 pcm all bills included (Council Tax, Wi-Fi, water, gas & electricity)

We’re looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.
