We are looking for a fabulous 3rd person to join our 3 bed 3 bath (yes, you read that right, 3 bath!) flat in Angel/Islington. Sadly for us, our amazing room mate is relocating to Hong Kong 🙁 The available room has its own ensuite, fully furnished, and is filled with natural light. The flat is located right near the Earl of Essex for context. Less than a 10min walk to Angel station, right near the canal, and with Upper Street a stroll's distance away, we think its location is hard to beat.

We are looking for a female in her late 20s or early 30s to fill the room. The starting date is 1 September (this isn't negotiable, sorry! But you can of course move in after this date). We are after a working professional (3+ days a week in office), who also enjoys being out and about, enjoying all the beauty of London.

Savannah and I have become great friends whilst living together, sharing a meal, drink or coffee now and again, but we both live independent lives. Savannah (31) is a lawyer working at an investment firm, and I (29) am working as a consultant. When we aren't working, we are socialising with friends, travelling, or having down time at the flat. The flat was renovated before we moved in, and we like to keep it very clean and tidy. We are after someone who genuinely cares about a clean house, and is respectful of shared spaces.

The bills comes to around GBP150 per month, rent is GBP1240, security payment is approx. GBP1266. The flat has everything we need from a kitchen perspective, and we don't have any storage in the main areas. If you have things to add to the flat, please let us know!

The person moving out has a wardrobe and desk that she is keen to sell, so the successful applicant can liaise with her directly about that.
