We are three queer flatmates looking for a 4th person to join our cozy Hoxton flat in October 2025.

The flat is the best area to live in London if you are young or/and creative. Just by Hoxton Station and High Street. A few minutes walk to two parks, many Vietnamese restaurants, and right next to a LIDL!

The room available (2,50 x 3,5m) is on the first floor facing west (afternoon light) and it features a double bed, storage shelves and desk (can be swapped for a wardrobe) in a light filled flat. Extra storage is available by the room, and extra desk is available in the living room for any wfh needs! The common areas in the flat are pretty big, this is probably the last affordable flat left in London with a big living room and a separated kitchen.

Narcis (he/him) is a 28-year-old Graphic Designer from Barcelona, London Met graduate working at Without Studio. Loves nature, gym and d*ck

Luke (he/him) is a veterinary student from Philadelphia. Loves cooking for friends, raves, volleyball, and also d*ck ;(
